Jade Meridian silk scarves and gift boxes are made in Britian.

Original designs are created by Creative Director Julie Scott, and produced in Macclesfield, England, historically considered the end of the Silk Road. Macclesfield is known as the centre of the British silk weaving industries history and courted fame for once being the world’s largest producer of finished silk.

Each silk scarf is designed, made and finished as a bespoke and unique item.

Eco-friendly Jade Meridian gift boxes are made in Britian, are fully recyclable and protect the scarves during storage and travel.

Our packaging partners consciously make a lower impact on the environment, helping to ensure the world's forests are not depleted. This product will soon carry the FSC mark, indicating that it is made from a sustainable and careful managed source.

Care

After wear, allow your silk scarf to relax and air.

Delicate dry clean only.

Do not wash, bleach, iron or tumble dry.

Storage

Silk should be cleaned before storage and placed in a breathable natural cotton bag.

Gently fold your silk scarf and store on a shelf or in a drawer, take care to avoid hanging as this may risk stretching the delicate fibres out of shape.

Store in a cool dry place.

Avoid direct sunlight.

Avoid contact with moisture.

Orders are shipped with the secure and convenient Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service.

Our deliveries require a signature on receipt. The recipient will be notified when their parcel will be delivered. They have the option of making an alternative delivery time if they won't be in.

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of receipt.

Shipping charges cover delivery only and do not cover any import duties and local taxes.

Recipients may be liable for any import duties, customs costs and local sales or other taxes, which may have to be paid before delivery takes place.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return a product please ensure that the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unworn, in perfect saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels, product cards and inserts. Include the order number and invoice as proof of purchase.

Contact us on orders@jademeridian.co.uk for the return address and information you need to action the return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sale items cannot be refunded.
