Mongolian Cashmere from the Alashan region is considered the finest and most luxurious in the world. The staggeringly beautiful, remote mountainous steppes are home to the Hircus Goat, renowned for its particularly soft innermost fleece that yields an exceptionally light, warm and buttery smooth yarn. Gentle combing of these downy fibres is a seasonal ritual performed by the Mongolian Nomads and Breeders using traditional methods that preserve the integrity of the fibres and are completely harmless to the goats.

These fibres are then spun into ethereally light yet deeply sumptuous Cashmere wraps offering exceptional insulation properties, perfect for warm and cold climates all year-round indoor and out.

The nature of yarn, manufacture and finishing methods may result in variance in colour and detail from time to time.

Care

After wear, allow your Cashmere to relax and air.

Delicate dry clean only.

Do not wash, bleach, iron or tumble dry.

Storage

Cashmere should be cleaned before storage and placed in a breathable natural cotton bag.

Gently fold your Cashmere and store on a shelf or in a drawer, take care to avoid hanging as this may risk stretching the delicate fibres out of shape.

Store in a cool dry place.

Avoid direct sunlight.

Avoid contact with moisture.

Orders are shipped with the secure and convenient Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service.

Our deliveries require a signature on receipt. The recipient will be notified when their parcel will be delivered. They have the option of making an alternative delivery time if they won't be in.

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of receipt. 

Not that we are currently not shipping to the EU.

Shipping charges cover delivery only and do not cover any import duties and local taxes.

Recipients may be liable for any import duties, customs costs and local sales or other taxes, which may have to be paid before delivery takes place.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return a product please ensure that the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unworn, in perfect saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels, product cards and inserts. Include the order number and invoice as proof of purchase.
